  1. God gives me power and strength. I am powerful and strong and energetic and healthy. Because I wait upon the Lord, my strength is renewed. I mount up with wings as eagles;<\/li>\n
  2. I run and I’m not weary; I walk, and do not faint.<\/li>\n
  3. The joy of the Lord is my strength.<\/li>\n
  4. I’m strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.<\/li>\n
  5. The Holy Spirit lives inside of me; He energizes my body-
    \nI always have lots of energy.<\/li>\n
  6. When I lay down, my sleep is sweet. I am not afraid.<\/li>\n
  7. God pours a spirit of deep sleep on me. I wake up
    \nbecause the Lord takes care of me and keeps me safe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
