Scriptures on Sleep and Energy

For energy and restful sleep, speak this personalized scriptural confession 3 times, at least 4 times a day.

God gives me power and strength. I am powerful and strong and energetic and healthy. Because I wait upon the Lord, my strength is renewed. I mount up with wings as eagles;
I run and I’m not weary; I walk, and do not faint.
The joy of the Lord is my strength.
I’m strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
The Holy Spirit lives inside of me; He energizes my body-
I always have lots of energy.
When I lay down, my sleep is sweet. I am not afraid.
God pours a spirit of deep sleep on me. I wake up
because the Lord takes care of me and keeps me safe.
